"Great reception staff with a warm welcome. I received a complimentary room upgrade which was unexpected and a nice surprise. Room clean, fresh and well presented. Complimentary water and minibar along with tea and coffee (pod machine). Bathroom clean, good range of toiletries and bathrobes with slippers. "The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to the tube as well as shops, restaurants and conveniences. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The AC was not working in the rooms and so it was very warm at night. The breakfast is also overpriced so we opted to grab coffee and croissants across the street. Definitely recommend though."
