"Let’s start with the room, my room was filthy. The rags had some type of blood on it. The toilet tissue was cheap. One ply tissue, you know the type to give you rash. nobody body soap in the shower. Every towel in the bathroom had holes in them. I was itching like crazy in my bed for the first two nights. So I did pay for a spa treatment, the spa was filthy. The walls of the Jacuzzineed to be pressure wash ASAP. mildew and soap scum on the walls.. that was the worst girls trip ever. and I was the only one in my party that stayed on the lagoon side. and the 10 other guest I was with was on the waterfall side.I was the first one to arrive. I arrive 10 hours early then my party did and still got the nasty room.. the health department needs to be called on harrah’s spa and I want my money back."

"The hotel is definitely in need of upgrades. There were safety issues with children over forty in total. Running through the hallways and causing damages. It was frightening to say the least when I almost got ran over with a baby. The youth treated the place like a trap house and had on hoodies and face coverings. This is not the place advertised. The place smelled of urine etc."

"What a great stay we had. We had a room on the 32nd floor in the south tower. The room was spotless, the view was spectacular! We ate at the cafe & the food was good. The only thing we really didn't like was the strong smell of smoke getting off the elevator & in certain parts of the casino. We don't smoke & everyone has a right to have fun but the Hotel should do a much better job with air purifiyers. It was bad like my clothes smelled like smoke bad. The casino was fun we did well but you definitely get an element in there you should watch for but security seemed to know who they were and did a great job. Great vibe in the place ! Just the smoke smell was the worst part for us."

"We enjoyed our stay at The Flagship. The air-conditioning was set to 65 but it didn't feel cool at all in the room. Having to strip the beds ourselves before checkout was ridiculous. Other than that no complaints we would stay here every time we visit Atlantic City. They have a full kitchen and they have a game room.and pool on site which is a plus..The building is always clean and quiet."

"Stayed at Resorts Casino Hotel for a quick getaway and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location right on the boardwalk was definitely one of the best parts. The casino had a nice variety of games, and there were plenty of food options nearby and inside the hotel. Staff was friendly during check-in and throughout the stay. The only downside was I was overcharged for parking, I thought it was $15 and I will be able to enter an exit as I please because I was a hotel guest, but my car was charged $60 instead for parking , besides that it was a fun stay with a good atmosphere, especially if you want easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and nearby casinos."
