"Showboat is not a casino anymore. It’s an amusement facility/arcade. Lots of children! No real restaurants on premises, just vending and a cafe. The guest room was adequate but basic. There was no blow dryer. The ice maker wasn’t working. But the bed was comfortable and we were only staying one night, so it fit our needs."

"My comment is in relation to the Solano towers. First, the room had not been vacuumed and I had to wait 2 hours for them to respond. Then the passageway was covered in dust from the construction and one elevator was working out of four elevators and we had to use a service elevator for all the guests staying in this Tower. This is against fire rules and fire ordinance. When I called security they said to take the stairs down from the 38th floor as they could do nothing about it and hung up on me. The walls and the rooms are thin and you can hear all the noise from the neighboring rooms. When I spoke to the manager in training, he apologized profusely but offered no solution to what is going on in that building. The elevators were full going up and down and people waited for over 40 minutes to push themselves into the elevator going up so that they could be sure that they could come down. This experience was devastating to everyone. We flew from CA and am disgusted at this casino. I think it's really important for management to contact me and contact other residents in the Solano Tower to give us some kind of compensation for the inconvenience and the disgraceful behavior we were given.. do I expect them to call me? Absolutely not. They didn't care when we voiced our concerns in person. I strongly recommend clients to avoid this casino. Overall the casino and shipping areas were very nice. But we will never recommend this to anyone"

"Room was HOT in the early day - air conditioning could not keep up until the sun was off the full windowed, east facing wall. Also had to be careful of where I was in the room as there was NO privacy from rooms above. No overhead light in the kitchen area (very strange). With the expectation of stripping the bedding and cleaning the kitchen myself, where was the value in paying for the room? The restaurant was NOT welcoming. I was asked, “You’re ordering TO GO, right?” I felt very obligated to do so. Property needs some maintenance - a bit run down in many areas….lights out in stairwells, moisture damage along floorboards and walls. Overall, a passable stay, but not somewhere I would return to."

"Well, perhaps not the fault of the actual property owners, the consistent and pervasive smell of weed coming from the other spaces or residual from previous renters, certainly put a bit of a damper on things. Check in process was clunky. The host was unwilling to get on the phone to try and resolve, despite numerous requests. Location was good, property was cleaned… Certainly a serviceable space if you were traveling with others and want a little extra elbow room"
