"I stayed on the bay view tower, which was very outdated. The room had red juice stains on the carpet and the bathroom vanity was old with several rust stains around the bottom. Terrible experience the family pool was packed with teens horse playing"

"It is shocking that they get away with such horrible service. The room was fine, though we had A connected room to a noisy family and could not sleep all night. The WiFi did not work, and they told me they are switching carriers. The water park was fun, but packed. We spent hours on line and the lazy river was a traffic jam. The arcade is just more chaos and lacking management. The restaurants feel like homeless shelters and also have horrible service. "

"Hotel has everything without leaving the hotel. Little small shops, Starbucks, spa, pool/hot tub and of course gambling. Booked a massage at the spa which was great and they have their own hot tub. So many food options whether in the food court or the various list of restaurants. Hotel was nice and clean but the room was very dusty. I couldn’t sleep much due to my allergies acting because of the dust. I think because they have so many rooms they clean the room once and that’s it. They don’t come back to wipe anything down before they rent it out again. Overall was a good stay but I wish they would clean the rooms more than once if they see they didn’t rent out the room for a while. That room had to be sitting for a while if I’m able to see the dust myself on everything. "
