"We were in town for a concert. The location was great and the price was good. Check in and check out was easy. They even upgraded us to a larger room. It was very appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was waiting on an elevator which could take 15 mins. That seems to be the way at a lot of hotels in Chicago so it doesn't matter. Would consider staying there again."

"Was ok for the price. Location is great though. 100$ deposit was charged at check in and they told it will be returned in 7 business days. It was surprise, wasn't told and wasn't expecting. The place is quiet and rooms are ok too. Old, will be good renovation."
