"Unfortunately the system was down when we arrived to check in, it was down for quite some time and we had to wait several hours before we could come back to check in. However the staff was COMPLETELY honest and helpful courteous and professional, they went above and beyond to make contact as soon as the manager arrived, on a weekend late at night, and manually entered us into a beautiful room with an amazing view. The breakfast was excellent. No hot tub though :( "

I accidentally booked the wrong room type, but when I called down, they handled it seamlessly. Someone came up right away with new keys — no fuss, just pure professionalism and care. The room itself was spotless, crisp, and fresh — I was able to relax immediately, which isn’t always the case in hotels. Sometimes the air feels muggy or the cleanliness is questionable, but this was absolutely on point. I hadn’t realized how expensive last-minute stays in Seattle can be, but honestly, this hotel was worth every penny. We even got lucky and caught a little local festival that evening — the view was great, and the atmosphere just added to the night. The bar manager made me a perfect cup of tea and was so warm and welcoming. The next morning, we asked for a local recommendation at the front desk, and once again — they nailed it. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personal. Highly recommend this place. If you want a stay where you feel taken care of, Courtyard Marriott Everett is it."

"Such a charming and well-stocked home! My family and I stayed over the 4th of July weekend and it had everything we needed—including toys for my 3-year-old niece, which was such a thoughtful touch. The host clearly puts a lot of care into the space, and it made our stay so comfortable and easy. Would definitely book again!"

The property has a wonderful patio area and we made use of the charcoal grill.We had a small dog with us so we really appreciated the Grand Ave Park just down the street. The host’s check-in instructions were thorough and simple. We had a wonderful time."
