"The property is very beautiful and there are many things to do and the display of Art is lovely evidently curated by Edmund Rothschild or heirs....The hiking from the hotel is great and it is easily accessible as is golfing."

One thing I would mention is that for late arrivals, please help arrange a taxi for guests coming from the train station in addition to providing information about places to eat after 9:30-10pm. We were led to believe by reception there were no restaurants open after 10pm hour but later discovered the entire village with options including take out pizza late night. "Lovely traditional property with really friendly staff. Decent sized room with very comfortable bed. Would have preferred the bathroom and toilet to be a single room, rather than separate, but I guess that's difficult to change / update. Good breakfast choices, free parking and bar prices very good value. Very close to the pedestrian centre of Megève, which is very pretty and has a large selection of places to eat/drink."
"We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, itâs sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund."
"Amazing stag at Les Monts d'Arbois. Service was great especially the shuttles to go the nearby ski lift or city center. The swimming pool is beautiful and great after a ski session. The hotel is very kid friendly and they loved the kids club room. The room (suite Edmond) is large and nicely decorates with a modern twist on the chalet style."
