"Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois TĂŠlĂŠcabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

"From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were not only professional but genuinely warm and attentiveânothing ever felt like too much trouble. The chalet lounge was an absolute delight: rustic charm meets modern comfort, with plush seating, a crackling fireplace, and an inviting ambiance that made it hard to leave. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully designed, and the private balcony offered breathtaking panoramic views that changed beautifully with the light throughout the day. A truly memorable stay.

"We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, itâs sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund."
