"The “Rooftop” club at night is the worse experience ever for the guests who may just want to go to their rooms. It’s very unorganized and a very uncomfortable feeling because of the security staff trying to finesse money. When paying high amounts for the room and having to deal with construction as well we should be able to feel safe and comfortable in the hotel."
"The rooms are out dated and peeling wallpaper throughout the hotel. The room had a smell of mildew. I even paid for an upgrade an the room still was super small
My husband and I was really disappointed for the money paid. He said it gave Motel vibes.
Also no valet was available. They said our vehicle was too big and had to park three blocks away. So inconvenient."
"Poor room services, every morning I had to go down to get coffee pouches, creamer. Front desk lady wasn’t helpful (especially morning shift one) as well. Had to wait until room service hours start to get coffee!!! Not any options for breakfast in the vicinity and not good restaurant downstairs. Good part is they have Starbucks on the corner property.
Overall room and bathroom was cleaned ok."
"The property was clean and is located conveniently in a quite environment. There were some remodeling going on, but it didn't adversely affect our stay. The room was spacious and well-kept, inspite of the fact that the building is not new.
