"Loved this hotel! The historic architecture, crown moldings, and vintage lobby gave the property so much character that you just do not get in modern chain hotels. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff at the front desk gave us great local dinner recommendations. If you appreciate historic charm and do not mind a few vintage quirks, it is a wonderful place to stay! I was sad there were no ghost encounters."

"It’s an old hotel that needs some help. But the staff was great and it did the job for a decent price. I’m happy to support them and hope they stick around. I’ve been going here since I was a child and it used to be a really hopping fancy hotel. I’ll gladly come back to help support them over other big chain hotels"
