We did not have a balcony but the condo we stayed in was fairly close to everything. The beach and pool were awesome as well as the rec area. Rode their bikes everyday. Food was excellent and tiki bar was awesome. People were very friendly.

Love this area, near the beach near the big city have visited this area for over 30 years watched it grow from a bedroom community with a Fire department, post office and convenience store to a large community with small town feeling beautiful area
