"We were given the keys to the initial room we and when we entered, there was another family in the room. The mom was taking a shower and the kid was watching tv. It was really embarrassing and could have been much worse. Holiday Inn blamed it on training. I called the manager and the best they could do for us was give us $50 off the room. She said the family in the room were the victims, not us. I won’t be staying there again with that attitude. Also, we prepaid for breakfast online and the waitress was so confused. I’ll have to look but I might have been charged twice. We didn’t have a good experience at all."

"Bring your own mop, disinfecting, sanitation stuff back rooms, toilet bowl, cleaners bleach anything related to housekeeping because you are the housekeeper you need to bring your own trash down you need to ask for towel so just bring your whole house and all your cleaning supplies and become a housekeeper there as you stay there"

"Showed up and handed the person at the front desk my card. Had my reservation fully paid for on Expedia prior to arrival. There was a 75 dollar hold on my card that didnt go away until after I checked out. Didn't think this was unusual as I've been charged more for a deposit at other places. However, the charge went through shortly after I completed my online check out. I had to work very early and was and no one was working the front desk yet which is why I opted for online checkout. Will not be returning. If you see a hold on your card from them, be sure that you know what it's for. Like ai said, my reservation was fully paid for prior to arrival."

"Clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff. The time we stay there for four nights, cleaning staff never came and change our bed sheets. "

"The one complaint is the new mirrors in the room. The lighting is incredibly inadequate. I have previously design 8 hotels and those mirrors and lights would have been redone before the first guest stayed. Additional lighting needs to be added!"
