"Our room was excellent! Maintenance in our room was top notch. No complaints, everything was perfect. Modern decor, smells great, extra clean, love the darkening blinds, comfortable bed, The breakfast was great, above average selection of food. The sad part, the pool heater was broken upon our arrival. We did not know this ahead of time. We swam in very cold water because the pool was the primary reason we selected this hotel. We were disappointed, but don’t know how long it was broken. "

"Got a dirty room, breakfast was empty until we found someone to ask to put food out, pool area was dirty with rust furniture and dirty floors, bathroom was out of order. Hotel smelt really bad. The lobby was pretty but the rest of the hotel was dirty and outdated. Beer cans and dirt all over the stairways. "

"The room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and kind. My tv did not work. The guy at front desk offered to move me to another room. The direct tv box was shot. Young man very kind. But my stuff was already unpacked. Also the whole unit cover on the heater/cooling unit kept falling off. I finally got it to stay. Wasn’t too happy about these things. But I slept well and place was clean. I had my phone to watch Netflix "
