"Hotel was well maintained and clean but walls are thin..neighboring room was on a call and I felt they were in the room next to me. Restaurant in the hotel was very handy and the shuttle to the hotel was quick and easy. Only issue was the vending machines didn't work..and Im diabetic so I started crashing ..what i had with me wasn't working..thankfully the restaurant was still open and we could get something to maintain my sugar after getting it up."

"Upon arrival, the room was very clean, which was very nice. Everything was sparkling. I went out for the day when I came back. No one clean up the room and they had no complementary breakfast you had to purchase which I didn’t that was a first for me, Me. overall, I enjoy the stay."

"Unfortunately the pool was under construction and we were not alerted to that prior to on Orbitz or WT’s website. The curtains were pretty filthy and we had a stand up shower that drained incredibly slow. The front desk staff was pleasant and helped with directions however requesting towels it took 2 stops down to the desk and an hour later to get what we needed. I always register for 4 guests and receive 3 towels!"

"Loved the hotel: clean, comfortable, lots of stuff around it and easy highway access. I heard absolutely no hallway noise. A few notes that I somehow missed in the fine print: 1) internet is not free if you book through a 3rd party like Hotels.com. it's 14.95 a night, but I think I was only charged for 1 of the 2 nights I stayed. 2) even though they control their own parking garage and it had plenty of empty spaces, parking costs $9 a night. I missed the notice in the fine print when I booked, but discovered in the info i was sent that there would be an $8 charge. Not a huge deal, but accurate info is nice to have."

"The hotel was clean, but they wouldn’t come clean your room every day after they ask you did you want them to come clean the room every day besides that it is nice big rooms I like that and very convenient convenient in the Oak Brook area. Everything is in Oakbrook that’s why I stayed over here and that’s a perfect location. Do not stay at O’Hare. Stay in Oak Brook if you come stay in Oak Brook area really nice."
