"The hotel was perfect for a 4 night stay in London. The location was so central and near a subway station. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Just be mindful if you book the King deluxe room, the bed is more of an XL double. It worked for four nights. The breakfast was wonderful, with many healthy options to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and friendly."

"The hotel is well located for Business in the Greenford area. It has a fairly large car park with plenty of parking spaces, which is accessible by barrier. "The staff at the reception were very helpful and very friendly, making you feel welcome. The room was quite a standard sort of layout, but it was clean. Metres were good, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, so a good night's sleep. The pub next door for evening meal and for breakfast was excellent. Good selection of beer, extremely...

"Location Food Room all very good"

"Location is very convenient. The staff is very helpful and daily hotel room service is great. Definitely a recommended place to stay."

"Great location for music!"

The walls were scratched, the baseboards were deteriorating, and there was a terrible smell throughout the hallways. Cleanliness was a serious concern. The property appeared poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned. There was visible evidence suggesting a mice infestation, particularly in the entrance hallway near the...

"Breakfast was lovely with generous offerings. Room was very nice. I’d suggest bring good earplugs but I’d say the same for most hotels! Staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend. Steak pie here is delicious!"

"I cannot say enough about our stay at Hand and Flower! The location was perfect (close to all modes of public transportation), the food was delicious (the inlcuded breakfast is the most generous we have ever experienced)… a comfy bed and updated amenities (charging stations, tea and coffee service, bathrobes)… this was our first visit to London and when we return we will be staying at The Hand and Flower!"
