"Property is nice and charming updated especially outside gazebo area. Jacuzzi is nice but cover is old peeling pieces fall into jacuzzi when taking cover on and off Quiet but limited parking - driveway too narrow so we didnt use it to park some street parking. Extra bed advertised as a double is only a twin and wasn’t made even though I paid extra guest fee. Only 1 blanket provided to make bed with. Few glasses and dishes only hardly enough. Couch very small not comfortable for adults to sit on Dark entrance needs a light hard to see/dangerous "

"The host (Arden) is responsive, kind, and supportive in meeting our requests. The house is situated centrally to our needs Berkeley campus, Oakland, grocery stores, etc). We’ve also met a neighbor who was welcoming. The house itself met our basic needs: sleeping, showering, and has basic cooking wares and equipment (if you are like me who cooks every meal then you may want to bring items like seasoning and cooking oil). The bed was too soft for me but those are personal preferences. We did use the hot tub which was a nice addition to have. There are a couple of cute spots on the property to hang out at. "
