"I have come through Wells many times, have always stayed at Hampton. But, decided to give a small business a shot, and I do not regret it. It’s a little bit of nostalgia, that Route 66 feeling. Rooms were clean, beds soft, towels fluffy, area quiet, staff friendly. Ignore the surroundings, downtown Wells was devastated by an earthquake, the area might look “sketchy”, but everyone was kind and I felt absolutely safe. Walked to a restaurant and park."

"The owners are awesome. They flagged me down when I was leaving to give me something I had left behind. I arrived after a grueling all day drive that had aggravated an ankle injury. They didn’t have anything on first floor but when they saw me hobbling back to my car, they rearranged things to put me kn first floor. Overall nice folks, too. "
