"I missed breakfast. I ended very ill just after checking in. I troubke with my key because of it. The young man at the front desk came quickly to assist me. He was kind and his only concern was that I was alright. The didnt have a phone, hiwever there were plenry of t.v. channels, a refrigerator and a microwave. The room was clean, plenty of towel and soft pillows. It was perfect for whatvi needed. The heat and cooler worked and i felt same. I wish i knew the young man at the front desks name. He deserves props. He had a lot going on and still came to help me. Id like to stay there again. Just remember your phone."

"The rooms were clean and the common areas were nice. The breakfast was closed down 15 minutes early and we had a staff member unlock our door and try to come in just before 11:00 am and a second staff knock on the door even though check out time was noon. Felt rushed to be out early. "

"Breakfast was amazing and fresh. We don't make it to Elko much, but we would definitely stay again if we are passing through."

"We were pulling a trailer and the pull through parking was convenient so that we did not have to detach the trailer from our truck. Also the parking lot was well-lit, which made us feel confident that our trailer and its contents would be safe."
