"This was a fabulous hotel SLAY"

"The room was HORRIBLE and small and the hot tub wasn’t even working BLEH!!! There was lots of sketchy people smoking right by the entrance and the no smoking sign which they were smoking right next to. Terrible hotel, stay at sandman instead."

"Room was clean, only gripe was no hot water in the shower and plugged sink. Wasnt there long enough to bother calling someone to fix it. "

"Had to call down everyday because no towels were put in my room after housekeeping. "

"We come for the pool! We come every year for my son's birthday and enjoy it. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is good!"

"They took my credit card payment way in excess of what was posted, then an additional 490.00 unauthorized payment. Nite staff person she was very rude and abrupt. Room was cold and would not heat more without a plug in heater. Day staff she was awesome "

"Stay away! Took me time to get in asking for id. He could have asked it before the trip. The house is so dirty. My kids didn't even want to stay. House smells someone smoked inside. Garbages on the drawers. Washroom curtain is so filthy. Stains on the carpets like dog pee. Beddings and blankets looks like they have been used by your grandma. Everyone decided just to sleep on the sofa instead.I wish I could share the photos. My kids asking me "Are you scammed?" Save yourself from headache. I hope this will help future renters."

"Wish there was the other options for breakfast like they didn't have any hash browns or like hash brown Patty things or waffles pancakes were horrible. Tastes like a box of batter from the machine. Overall it wasn't horrible. I didn't starve. Just wish it was different. Hot tub was fantastic and our rooms were great and the staff were great. Overall I would definitely be back"
