"Was friendly, clean, convenient walk to decent restaurant. Little bit of an issue with tub draining, but at ck out seemed genuinely concerned and gonna look into fixing it. "

"You have to hang out the sign if you want housekeeping to tidy up. This was not made clear to me at check-in. A few party people showed up near our room after 11:00 talking loudly in the hall. Luck of the draw on room assignment, I suppose. Only 2 Kuerig cups provided in room. Would appreciate courtesy coffee in lobby. Minor gripes but enough to rate "GOOD" rather than "EXCELLENT:"

"It was clean, quiet and the selection and quality of the complimentary breakfast was amazing. I was initially disappointed with the airport shuttle service upon my arrival BUT upon being apprised of the contributing extensive traffic delays I cannot hold that negatively against the hotel."
