"Very convenient for visiting Frank Lloyd Wright sites in Oak Park. Train station less than a block away. Located in the Pleasant historic neighborhood in a classic building, we enjoyed the classic lobby vibe. Room was basic but clean with a nice kitchenette. We loved the plentiful free parking and the on-site bistro with outdoor seating"
"Beautiful accommodation, tastefully furnished to a high standard, cozy and comfortable. Our host Kettil was easily contactable and answered our questions in a timely manner enabling us to get on with our plans.
The only issue and it was a minor one , is that there are 3 flights of stairs to get to the door to the loft and with large cases it was a little awkward. However this did not detract from our wonderful stay at this accommodation. "
"I thought the staff was very nice and was quick to fulfill requests. The only thing i didnt like was the shower. It was 2 shower heads. One was one on the top and one was one on the side. I didn't like the one on the top it was too big and didnt have a lot of pressure. "
"We were in and out of the city for a concert at Chicago Theater. No frills stay but a comfy bed. Wish the lights were brighter in the room. Bar downstairs was great and the area was walkable. Would stay again. Thanks!"
