"Fire alarm tripped"

"I visit Hoffman Estates frequently due to son/wife/grandkids living in the area and I am a pretty faithful customer to Marriott. However their price was ridiculous for one night so I chose Holiday inn express. Staff was so nice, cheerful, available and my room was huge, clean and very modern. This will definitely be my new go to when visiting the area."

"Un"

"Staff was attentive and there's plenty of parking, but the hotel really needs more of a face-lift than paint. Both rooms I was in smelled like ancient cigarette smoke from time gone by, my first room had a bathroom door that was warped, and my second had a small hole in the tub. They told me they would send maintinece to fix the...

"The property had a musty smell & breakfast was horrible."

"Exactly what you’d expect"

"Stayed overnight because I was running a half marathon as part of the Fox Valley Race Series. Check in was easy; the woman at the desk was fantastic, and she even helped me get hooked up with a later checkout time so I could shower after my race before heading back home. The location was quiet, and the room was phenomenal. I loved the bed and how huge the bathroom was. Checkout was just as easy, and the woman at the desk was equally wonderful. The only hiccup was initially we were told the wrong...

"Clean considering it is a high use motel"
