"Nice for layover "

"The pool and hot tub were lovely. We ordered room service and it was delicious. It would be nice if they included beach towels with the room, or made them more obviously available near the pool. The shower/bathtub in the standard king room could use some updating. "

"After getting rerouted by the airline to LAX, I made a last minute reservation for an overnight stay through Expedia. The airline then notified me that they would provide a hotel voucher at a different hotel. I tried contacting Hyatt Place within an hour, no one answered after several tries. Finally, they answered and said I had to contact Expedia. I did and they had trouble getting through to the hotel as well. Days later, my request to waive the non-refundable cancellation was denied by the hotel, a request originally made within an hour of the reservation. Poor customer service, unreasonable response given the circumstance. I won't be staying at Hyatt in the future."

"Location is great for the airport, restaurants are not easily accessed though. Room was modern, clean and had a great view. My only reason for not rating this 5 stars was my experience ordering room service. The person I spoke with was brisk, unhelpful and seemed bothered by my call to order food for the night. I would definitely stay here again all things considered."

"after flighing 24 hours, we gor to this hotel, very durty reception (dust every where) carpets durty and smelly corridors, we were told Our room was not available due the lift was broken, they accomodate me in another double bed room, bathroom ligths didnt work, room was ok to be honest, no water complementary, the bed was good actually confy and clean. We booked breakfast but seems expedia it is doing all wrong, there was another gest complaining about having paid for breakfast and doesnt show in reservation. they took 150 box from my debit card but on check out they didnt reverse and refused to provide a ticket or evidence of the reverse transaction to be done, very bad service durtiness will never come back, will still claim my money."

"The room is very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is great layout and clean. It comes with bus shuttle and breakfast option. Bus shuttle driver was nice and helping with moving the luggage. I like the menu selection for breakfast, which include many healthy options."

"The refrigerator in my unit was old and very loud. I had to unplug it to go to sleep. The toilet was loose and rocked from side to side. I asked for a senior discount but was not aware I would get an ADA room. The mattress was very soft and very low to the ground. I also thought my booking included the continental breakfast - apparently id didn't and they wanted $15.95 for a continental breakfast! "
