"There were dogs and a cat that ran the halls all night barking and fighting. The outside doors were broke so the sea port and noise was unstoppable. The booking included free breakfast but the kitchen was closed. The owner and his family partied upsairs above us all night. "Broken window means mosquitoes get inside. Construction everywhere still extending third and fourth floor. And no wifi at all. Entrance is througg the back where the construction is. Front is covered by hung laundry clothes."
