The booking agent and property had difficulty communicating which lead to a delayed checking and then the next morning they told me I had to pay, even though I had paid Expedia online. Many phone calls later it was eventually resolved. The property itself was alright, but the exterior door is in a sketchy side alley and did not feature a door on the apartment level. "Air conditioning works great! Place is simple and clean in a good location. Worked great for our needs. Door locks, bathroom, and kitchen could use an upgrade, but get the job done. Nothing fancy here, but it’s clean, convenient, and well priced. Property manager and staff were easy to reach on WhatsApp. Friendly, accommodating, and accessible. "
