"The service provided by front desk staff, Anthony was superb (5 star treatment). Anthony is a credit to your hotel. We were so warmly welcomed and then offered a local restaurant recommendation and reservation. We had a super early morning flight and a shuttle was no problem and it was only a 5 minute drive. Everything was so clean and lovely. We only wish we could have stayed longer! "

"I am amazed by kind staff... the lady managing the guesthouse is really friendly and accommodating. There was a little problem with my room and she sorted out everything swiftly and in kind manner. Inn was average, going up and down was quite dangerous especially for seniors like us because it is steep and slippery as water drips down due to cleaning of motorcycles on the road above. I suggested to one of the staff for the management to place side hand-rails or side stairs. As well, room doors are fragile and have no double lock which could easily be kicked and...

"The customer service have been amazing. The staff have promptly replied to all of my inquiries through messenger. The location has a private beach and guests are free to use their snorkelling gear. Although the beach is a little bit rocky, the marine life underneath is alive, perfect to snorkel around. The food was great too! Overall, I would highly recommend this to my friends and family 10/10! "

"Very accommodating for a late check in after flight delays. The bathroom facilities were poor, but I feel this came from the people staying there rather than staff cleaning. The aesthetics of the outside of the rooms was nice, inside very basic, curtains don’t block any light so have a large towel you can use over it. "

"Stayed for one week to relax and enjoy the ocean waves and breeze. It was a great break from the city noise and busy lifestyle. I stayed in a small room which is enough for two people because it contains a queen size bed and bathroom. If you require to do some work on your laptop then there are tables, benches, and chairs in the lobby while looking at beach. Wifi is available both in the room and the lobby. Transportation and activities can be booked at the lobby but you may head to White Beach...

"We enjoyed are stay. Very cute atmosphere when you walk up. Very close to the baywalk and the cafe we loved Eightynine cafe, only a 5 minute walk to both. We have been traveling for 1.5 months and I think the best I have slept. Air con worked great and the fan even made it chilly which is how we love to sleep! But you don’t have to use both! "

"This place is a gem of El Nido. Just 5 min walk away from the town and it’s completely quiet and peaceful. The whole place is incredibly clean and full of plants giving you a tropical vibe. Maybe the most important thing is that you don’t have to worry about anything since Jeboy is always around at the property always ready to help you with whatever you might need (tours, motor bike, dropping you off to the town etc.). He was the most helpful and kind person we interacted in our 3 weeks trip to...
