"It was very hard to get a hold of a real person at this property for starters. Most of the rooms did not have closets, they just had a hanging rack in the room right by the front door. Pool side food service took a really long time to get your food (over an hour after ordered) and one dish came 3 hours after order was placed. The window in our room was broken, and the sliding door latch was also damaged, which made the room feel poorly maintained. The furniture is very old and worn out. I’m sure this was once a very nice hotel, but it definitely needs upgrades and more attention to maintenance."
