"This was a great place for our multi-generational group to stay. Extremely spacious and very well located for anything in Madrid. Check in was easy once I found the place- it wasn't super easy to spot but it was obvious once I figured it out. Everything has been very recently redone and it was very comfortable. It is especially good for families traveling together that might want access to laundry, a kitchen and the ability to gather comfortably, which you don't really get in a hotel."

"This hotel was large enough to fit our family of three. The bedroom was separate from the family room area. It had a very large kitchen. The location was very accessible to the plaza Espana metro and plaza Espana. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and recommended to anyone! "

"The apartment was VERY roomy. We stayed in a two bedroom, two-floor apartment with large living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a washer but no dryer. Drying racks were provided, which, honestly worked better than the European steam dryers we dealt with at other locations in Italy and Spain. Mola was the only facility in the four European cities we visited to provide top sheets for us (what is it with Europeans aversion to top sheets? LOL). They did not provide washcloths (none of them...

"The reception clerk was arguing loudly with the head supervisor of housekeeping on the phone in front of us for like 7 minutes, while he he was processing our room assignment. It was very uncomfortable. He was apparently upset. Other than that, property Is clean, housekeeping staff is super nice and the location is spectacular. Good bargain. Is dated but in good conditions. Make sure you get all the information before you include your Breakfast Buffett. "
