"Ideally situated minutes away from the Cathedral. Early check-in given. The room was very nice. I accidentally left my passport in the safe and staff were helpful enough to find it and look after it till I returned to Cologne. Excellent service and would highly recommend "

"The hotel is a very old fashioned place, frozen in time. Rooms were clean but small and the bathrooms were very tight. However, the breakfast was very good and the city of Monschau is a must see, very picturesque little city, just lovely. Just a warning, everything closes early. "
