"Helpful staff, clean spacious room, restaurant with reasonable selection of good food. Good choice at breakfast buffet.
Close to River Mosel could not see as Mway and buildings in way. On a main road. Good frequency of bus service to centre of Trier 6 km distant.

"We had a lovely time in this beautiful hotel right in the middle of the old town. Trier is truly special - so many interesting sites and don't miss visiting the Mosel river valley nearby. The hotel staff was very friendly and the restaurant was delicious - we ate dinner there twice and really enjoyed our meals. The room was comfortable and quiet and we had a nice balcony and a view of the cathedral. Overall, would definitely recommend! "
"Beautiful hotel. Rooms are quite spectacular and a great size. Perfect location, efficient staff and very clean and neat.
There is no traditional AC (there is a cooling system in the rooms and you can request a fan if need be) or mini fridge (this only mattered to us as we had medication that needed a cool environment)

The staff were very helpful, and I even received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine simply because it was my birthday, during my stay. I have stayed in few finer hotels."
