"I'll start by saying that I'm not a comfortable complainer. I also don't like to leave generally negative reviews, but I can only speak as I find.
I've spent a month touring Europe alone on my motorbike so I've spent a lot of time (and money) on various styles of hotels with varying price brackets.
First the positives - front of house staff were friendly and the view was main selling point.

- My room was not clean, especially the bathroom. Sink and toilet stained and the bin...
"We had to leave one night earlier due to urgent family circumstances and the lady was so kind to refund the breakfast and a big part of the night we had to cancel. We will definitely go back, friendly staff, good breakfast and a restaurant inside the hotel."

Nearest bars and restaurants 1 minute walk away but not too close to hear any noise from, well not on the 5th floor anyway. Hotel is very smart and clean like the rest of Luxembourg with excellent breakfasts. No complaints at all, very happy with our 2 night stay"
