Lovely hotel and the staff were really helpful, fantastic location and the hotel was clean and fresh, no air conditioning was disappointing and could have done with more areas to sit outside, but I am being picky, would stay here again and really enjoyed our time.

This was my first time staying alone in a hotel in Europe, so I needed some help understanding the lights, which the staff was very willing to explain. I returned at 4am from an event, and felt very safe as I figured out how to use my card to enter the hotel, which was wonderful....I asked for the room to be cleaned the next day on my way out, and forgot all about it until I returned, and my room was immaculate. I asked for a fan in my room, it appeared. Everything about my stay, from Lara at the reception desk to whomever cleaned my room, was wonderful, and I would highly recommend Ibis Hotel to anyone staying in Trier.

Great room with Lots of space. Beds are a bit hard but fairly comfortable. The WiFi was a bit slow but functional. Two good restaurants in the courtyard. If you forgo room service you receive a free bottle of water for each day no service was provided.

This hotel was an amazing find in the middle of Trier. Easy to get to, rooms were great and the breakfast was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a 3 to 4 day stay😁

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are quite spectacular and a great size. Perfect location, efficient staff and very clean and neat. There is no traditional AC (there is a cooling system in the rooms and you can request a fan if need be) or mini fridge (this only mattered to us as we had medication that needed a cool environment) Definitely a well located and well maintained hotel.

Great hotel with breakfast included it felt like you was staying in a castle just by the main exit. When you got out of the courtyard you was in city center. Had a wonderful time exploring the sites as all were within walking distance

The staff st the Front Desk was really very kind and helpful, the room was big and modern and the shower great. Breakfast was very good and varied and I loved the Roman theme decoration all around, very appropiate considering the Roman past of the city of Trier.

Hotel is highly recommended. It is located in the center of the city and close to all major sightseeing attractions. Hotel staff is great, the room was huge. I liked the separation of shower and the rest of the bathroom. Breakfast is great to get a good start into the day.

Good location in the very centre of Truer so decent for food and shopping etc. best to park in the City Parkhoose just nearby as the hotel parking gets full easy and not so easy to park. My room was ok but lacking a lot of comforts, no drinking glasses, no kettle, no fridge and air con just didn’t work or was switched off so the room was very warm and windows only partially open. It’s a fairly standard hotel.
