"The staff was amazing! I booked for 2 queen beds but was given a room with 1 dou le bed and one pull out bed, so kiesha (the staff members who helped us out, she worked on straightening our the room situation while we went out to meet some family. When we got back, everything was taken care of so we were able to sleep in actually beds. She was very helpful! One thing I did not like was that our room had a broken window handle so we couldn't open it. The rooms were average."

"The weight equipment in the gym hasn’t worked in two years. The treadmill works and some free weights. Bathroom was very dirty. I made them switch me out of my first room, as it had horrible odor. Second room dirty bathroom, toilet barely flushed and run down. Definitely needs some love and care. Really nice staff."

"I was just here for a single night with my dog. It happened to be the same weekend an Antique sale was happening so the lobby was busy which was fine except my dog is very shy so she wasn't thrilled about all the people around. It did seem like a great place to hold though, so she was the only one that minded. The elevator was slow, and the staff forgot to mention you needed to use the key card to access it on the ground floor but I did eventually figure it out. The room itself was fine. The carpet was a little faded and you could see a couple of patches on the wall they repaired and painted over with what might have been a slightly different paint colour. I slept fine in the bed, and didn't hear any noises from outside. I personally would prefer something other than lemongrass scented lotion but that's me. Overall, I would stay here again"

"We originally got a two queen bed room but when we went to check in they upgraded us to the “Mario room” which we thought our kids would really enjoy. When it was getting close to bedtime we turned on the a/c which seemed to kinda work. It remained 24 degrees in our room for the next few hours. The kids couldn’t sleep in the Mario bunk beds because this room was the furthest away from the a/c. We shared the queen beds as planned originally, we were only able to cool the room off after we opened the window. Sleeping with the window open and hearing an ambulance going by, someone’s car alarm going off for about 15 min, and the busy street noise made it super difficult to sleep. In the morning I called the front desk just to let them know what happened and they should get it looked it for the next family that stays - they put it on me and said they would have had a maintance man come at 10:30 at night to have a look and I should have called. Also we were only given 3 towels for the 4 of us so I guess I should have called to get another and the shower/tub/batnroom was dirty. "

"This property needs MAJOR maintenance. Everything that can rust, is rusted. The paint is literally peeling off the walls. The water pressure of the shower is very very poor, the bathtub is full of cracks, unsanitary. One ply toiletpaper. The coffee machine is very dirty, and the water from it tastes awful. The “air” or “ac” in the room is a joke and very loud. Curtains are dirty, dust on the lightbulbs, pillows are very used. Slide is wonderful but rusted and the pool edges are very dirty. There was ZERO breakfast at 8:00am, except for boiled eggs floating in green water in a warm fridge, not kidding. Breakfast room not clean. Nothing to drink at breakfast for children, only coffee. The halls smell, they have not been cleaned in a long time, it is a musty wet smell."
