The hotel staff were amazing and attentive. Even though I had multiple issues with my room. I would try to stay here again. The pool and hot tub were closed due to Reno’s. Which was disappointing. I was given a $25 voucher for the lounge. My room was very warm and i could only open the window a few inches. The ventilation system was directly outside my window so it was very loud

Close to west end doctors’ appointments we found the hotel very convenient to get in and out of and very comfortable. Staff was excellent and the restaurant meals were tasty. Hotel is being renovated so the room furniture was older and a bit scuffed.

We were informed AFTER we booked that the hotel was undergoing renovations and the pool, hot tub and exercise room was not in use. We had intended on making full use of those facilities and would have booked elsewhere if we had been informed in advance. Breakfast was an extra charge and while very good was an added expense. The room was fine and the staff were very nice.

We happened to come during a time where they were renovating the fitness centre and pool. It was unfortunate as that was one of the selling features for us. However, the hotel offered a $15 food voucher, which we used to purchase a tasty chicken flatbread. The rooms were relatively clean, although the bathtub took forever to drain so we were often standing in water. Staff were also helpful and attentive.

This hotel was definitely showing its age. The rooms smelled heavily of cigarettes smoke, and damp.. the bathroom was on really rough shape with Silicone plugging holes in the side of tub and shower enclosure. Staff was great, though their hands were tied. They were doing renovations during daylight hours and signs were posted, no issues there, hopefully a good upgrade to the poor condition of the units. Also happy that staff made our room up during the day while we were out. It seems that doesn't happen much anymore.
