"Beds were very comfortable and hotel was beautiful, staff excellent. My only qualms were the non refundable $28 charge (in addition to the fees we already paid) when we arrived for miscellaneous restaurants which we had no interest in using and the air conditioner- no matter how low it was set, the room retained a constant temperature of 82 degrees- we were constantly soaked in sweat."

"The hotel was wonderful. The staff were genuinely polite and welcoming. It felt like I was in the middle of everything. Pike Place is just a few blocks away, lots of restaurants within walking distance. There's a Target is nearby in case you need something. My only tiny gripe (and it IS tiny) is that there are no microwaves. Not in the room or in the lobby, or, if there are, they are well hidden away."

"Older hotel but well preserved. Location is super convenient to many of the tourist sites. Walkable to space needle, Chihuly Museum, etc. There were a few restaurants in walking distances. Neighborhood felt safe during day. We didn’t venture out late at night. Advertised rooftop was okay; wouldn’t book it just for that feature. Staff very friendly and accommodating. One day, a desk clerk walked outside where we were discussing our plans and offered information and assistance."

"Very clean hotel room. Little small for 2 beds Great beds comfy. Quite some outside downtown noise. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were traveling with a wheelchair family member. staff was very attentive and helpful in helping us get around. We had a normal room, not wheelchair accessible"

"Only interaction with the staff was at the check-in. Seemed friendly. I had my sister over to check Bellevue and Seattle. Location is very convenient for shopping and doing groceries, driving down to visit other areas and cities. The parking lot is quite small, and having shared spaces with two restaurants didn’t help when we tried to get back late evening. Room is clean, view outside is okay, bathroom is good, overall good. Mostly quiet in the hallways and neighbors, but the elevator needs work. Quite old and outdated, doesn’t feel safe. For the price under $150 per night, I will say it’s great considering the location. "
