"The house is very nice, large enough for our large group. The house is very clean. The hot tub was well taken care of. The shower head in the main bathroom could use some attention as it looks like there was some deterioration on the chrome. Our only concern is the living room. The sitting area wasn’t as friendly for the large group to sit and chat. However, none of those thing would deter us from renting this space again. "

"Very convenient location to just about anywhere. It’s only a stones throw to Edmonds with tons of shops and restaurant's. Best part is being close to Puget Sound with unlimited places to view sunsets, including the front porch. It’s on a very busy street which we were leary of to begin with but never affected our stay. If you have a dog I suggest locating and driving to one of the many parks in the area. There is also the beach walk next to the ferry docks. The coolest dog park, it’s on the water, is about 4 blocks South of the ferry docks.The hosts were very easy to work with and the two minor issues were handled quickly with little or no stress to us. And the price was a great deal for this type of VRBO.!"

"It was a fully equipped kitchen, but we did not cook. This house is located next to 2 large parks. It’s an easy walk to Yost Park. And there’s a tunnel under Main Street to the other park. it’s a good house if you need 4 to 5 bedrooms. The house sits close to the street and there is traffic noise, especially at rush-hours. I found the host easy to communicate with and certainly accommodating. I got my SUV down the driveway and was able to make a five point turn to face out if I could not back in. But there was no rain or cold weather when I was able to pull in and out. I would be cautious of that and there is plenty of parking on the street. "
