"The member of the team that delivered my check-in process is a credit to the establishment. Unfortunately I did not catch her name, but she was efficient, informative, & relaxed. I received a free upgrade, and the room was excellent. Plenty of tea & coffee, a very large, very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, and felt very secure. For the price I paid (£58) on a Saturday night it begs the question, why on earth would someone decide to stay at a Premier Inn, Travel-lodge etc. Really enjoyed...
