"Our two night stay at Bryce Bed and Breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed staying in Tropic just outside Bryce National Park The ride to Bryce was short and the B&B is in a quiet neighborhood, which was a welcome retreat after a day of hiking. "Check-in took nearly an hour - no one was present! I arrived shortly after 8 PM and there was a note on the door they would return in 10 minutes. They didn't show up for nearly an hour! After a LONG day of traveling and hiking, this was VERY frustrating. We rang the doorbell (Ring camera) but was told the attendee would "return shortly". But that took nearly an hour. We sat outside waiting for 50+ minutes. By the time we made it to our cabin, we were pretty irritated. But the room was clean, looked really cute, and was otherwise fine. I will offer that shower was tiny - so a larger person will not have a good time in that. It was fine for my family - but I noted a larger person would struggle in that shower. I would stay here again - and hope for a quicker check-in process next time."

"The property itself is very nice and clean. No microwave in room but there is a coffee maker. Finding the room is extremely difficult, even with a GPS and Google Maps. We had to call the owner to find the place. There are two properties, Happy Trails East and West, so be clear about which one you reserve. When asked if breakfast is included, we found that it is served at one of the properties and it is $20.00 per person which we didn’t do because that’s extremely excessive and we have never been charged separately for breakfast at any other B&B where we’ve stayed. We got a very nice breakfast at a local restaurant for way less than $40.00!!"
