Older but well maintained. Biggest negative is that’s it’s not near anything

Overall the property was fine. However, the carpet was stained, and the bathroom was mostly clean. No WiFi. Didn’t feel welcomed. Next to no conversation at check in.

Promised internet connectivity was not available due to a router problem. It's a good overnight stay, but the property is dated.

Property is very outdated. Entry door very hard to close. Shower claustrophobic with the shower head way too low. The beds and area around the beds were clean but there were stains on the chairs. Decided not to use the coffee maker since there was dust inside the water well. Outrageously overpriced. Did not live up to expectations for what I paid for the room. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The heater/aircon in the room was so loud we had to turn it off in order to sleep. the room was very small and since there was a wall right in front of our only window we didn't get daylight in the room! We asked to get a different room but were turned down.

This is a great place to stay close to Bryce Canyon National Park. We loved the restaurant right on site with great food. The rooms were large and comfortable. They need a little updating but still definitely a nice place to stay. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. The staff bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable.

First room was nasty, big stains on the floor. Moved to a different room, it is all motel, don’t expect anything more. Good proximity to park. Restaurant is good.

This is a very old and "well used" facility. It served the purpose as a place to stay. The beds (linens) were nice and the shower was hot and the water pressure was plentiful. Unfortunately, the carpet was aged and lacked a sense of cleanliness.
