"Not the greatest experience. Know what you are getting and what you won't get. It gets a break because it is a national park lodge and anyone who chooses to stay there needs to know it's not a 5 star luxury resort. It's obviously biggest feature is that it is within relatively short walking distance of the canyon rim and Sunrise Point. The room was clean but it had no AC (not a surprise) and was really warm until we put the fan in front of the open balcony door, which made it only just warm all...

"Room was clean and bathroom is renovated … staff responded to requests/concerns on a speedy manner. wifi works great. Loved the mountain views. Small fridge, pods coffee maker and small microwave were a nice surprise! Market, gas station, restaurant for good breakfast and great Pizza Restaurant within a mile’s drive. Bryce Canyon Park is a 14 mile drive. I enjoyed my stay. Would definitely recommend this Inn."

"This is a very basic room to go to sleep and take a shower in. It is well priced for that. It is not fancy by any stretch, but it is clean and functional. We would stay there again for a "regular" trip back to Tropic/Bryce Canyon. If we wanted something fancier, we might consider a "glamping" option or rent a home. I definitely recommend this inn."

"We were there to trail ride in our side x side. Parking is always a concern when traveling. No worries here. Plenty of room to park our dually truck, 12' trailer and side x side. They also have plenty of washers and dryers so you don't have to wait to wash your cloths."

"Fun little place to stay. Beds were a little hard but worked for the night. Everything was clean inside. The grounds are bad though. There are stickers and weeds everywhere. My grandson got tons of stickers in his favorite blanket and we will have to throw it away. The blanket cost as much as a night stay. Pretty sad kid. A bit of weed maintenance and yard work would make this a great place to stay."

"The place and the tents are really nice and well-cared. The bed was comfortable and it was very pleasant to sleep during the night. Be mindful that during summer it might be a little harsh during the day because of the heat."
