"We love staying at the Spring River and have done several times due to the great rooms, customer service, facilities and location. The room we had this time wasn’t the best unfortunately. The tv didn’t work and the bed was very uncomfortable, Room 104. This wouldn’t stop us from visiting again as everything was first class as usual, it was just unfortunate we didn’t get as good a room as we previously have."

"An absolute gem of a pub. The room was tastefully decorated with lots of extra little touches, like tea lights in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the claw foot bath was gorgeous, with toiletries provided and piping hot water. Perhaps a flannel to wash with would be good and the bottom of our mugs were tea stained which was a bit off-putting but that’s all I’d be picky about.
