"We stayed at the cabin for a 4 night stay in Gatlinburg. The amenities were great - the kids enjoyed the arcade game and air hockey table. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and fire feature on the deck. We ate our everyday so can not speak to the kitchen gadgets, etc. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was clean and in nice condition. "We love everything about this hotel .. the room so relaxing and clean.. very modern and beach vibes !!! Greeted at front when we chose to do valet parking …the staff outside are very friendly, receptionist are nice as well!! Our room is all the way to the end of the hotel but very close to the rooftop outdoor pool which is so convenient !!! The outdoor pool is so awesome with the Ferris wheel background and the fountain views is to die for!! The bartender is rude when we asked for towels he said...

"The Tapoco Lodge is absolutely beautiful and the staff was amazing. The cabin we stayed in felt like everything was antique but somehow still new. My only complaint was that Expedia allowed me to book it as a pet-friendly room when the actual room I chose wasn’t pet-friendly. The Tapoco honored the reservation anyway and took care of us. They were terrific. My wife is already asking if we can stay here again. "
