"We stayed four nights at the Edgewater hotel over spring break. Check in was quick and staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is $16/ day and but it is worth it to be so close to everything in Gatlinburg as I prefer to walk. The hotel is a bit dated but clean and definitely worth the money. The breakfast was worth it too especially with everything being so expensive there it was nice to have an option included. They had biscuits and gravy, eggs, cereal, pancakes etc something for everyone. Will...

"Saw black bears wandering by mountain stream out my window! Great breakfast and lots to do on site. Nice pool/lazy river too. Grab the free trolley a short walk from front door to all the shops and restaurants. Great location and will go back! "

"The staff was amazing! Tony in the bar was great! Made me drinks until I couldn’t walk to my room. The only negative things or issue I would say is they don’t have a complimentary breakfast and for $300 a night- they should feed you breakfast. Also, they wouldn’t valet our truck which is ridiculous "

"Wonderful customer service; full self serve breakfast; great choices for everyone; only complaint was the pool area small for such a large hotel and the chlorine was so strong it burned my eyes. The room was great! Very clean and felt just like home. The water pressure for the shower was great! I say that because it’s very hard to find good water pressure in hotels. I would most definitely stay here again!"
