"The young man who was working the front desk was very friendly and fast. Later i went down and asked for 2 more towels and pillows. He had towels but no extra pillows but said he would find some and bring them to my room. I just figured sure probably not but guess what about 1 hour later he knock on the door and had pillows He didnt forget! He was super busy and still managed to go above and beyond. Nicely done. The next morning breakfast was nothing special but the from desk lady was keeping everything cleaned up and stocked. She was also the front desk person helping guess. Again nice job. Hotel itself is worth the price and clean. But the management should know that they have a good staff. I would recommend the hotel just because of the the way the staff performed. Thank you. "

"Cheery welcome - and we were on the later side - with efforts to find ways to help us and make our stay enjoyable. The motif and character were perfect. It was our favorite stay from our cross country adventure (NY--> MT) and our last night! I bought a mug to commemorate it!"

"I love the windows of the hotel. It had a new type of curtain that made the room darker. Which is what you want when you sleep. The room was extremely clean, and it was comfy. The door in the bathroom had some water damage at the bottom of it, I imagine that would happen at a resort with a water park. Still, that was minor. The hotel had everything we needed, and it was a great experience. I’d stay there again. "
