"Very friendly and welcoming host. The room was clean as were the bedding and towels. Room needed a bit of minor attention /cosmetic work but this did not detract from overall enjoyment of stay. Slept like a log ! The refreshment facilities were excellent and even offered use of dining room out of hrs for our own use if we needed. Good choice of breakfast ,cooked and cereals etc. The hotel also had a lounge available which added to the overall space for our use. Great location 10mins from railway...

We found the noise from the highway that fronted the property to be loud until late at night, after which it was very quiet. The property is close to the beach. Eastbourne is an interesting town with some beautiful views."

"This is a top level B&B. Only 6 rooms and Adult only. We stayed in room 3, which overlooked the street behind the hotel and was very quiet. The room was large enough for us and had a wardrobe with plenty of hangers, vanity unit with drawers and 2 bedside pedestals. The drinks tray was well stocked. Mattie was the perfect host, explaining everything on arrival. Breakfast was chosen the night before, and cooked fresh for your chosen time - delicious. 3 parking bays available behind the hotel,...

"Enjoyed our two night stay at this lovely guest house. Gaynor was very friendly and helpful in every way. The room was very clean and well presented. Plenty of choice for hot drinks in the room and replenished. Bottled water also available and a small fridge to keep it cool. The breakfast menu was comprehensive and included vegan option.
