"The staff were helpful when we asked about late check out. However, in-house restaurant booking was difficult for the French Escale as it was fully booked most of the time. There were 2 toilets in our Deluxe Twin Room ....very useful feature. We were missing a collapsible table for luggage which would have been a useful item to have in the room. Room safe was not available. Room is spacious."

"Out of all the hotels we have been at these have been the best dryers available. We left with dry clothes for once ! It was a clean hotel and able to get to places fairly easily. Though one thing I will mention is having to get an app to check in was a bit annoying and that all parties in my group had to do that. But other than that we enjoyed out stay !"
Namba Oriental Hotel

"Love the location, can’t beat it. As soon as you’re off the elevator, Namba and Dotonbori is right there! If you chose to have the lounge access, it’s open from 2pm to 9:30pm. It technically closes at 10:00pm, but they start shutting everything down by 9:30pm. Free soft drinks, beer, sake, wine and some hards. Pancakes and chips, nuts and cheese. Good to chill after a long day of shopping and touring."

"Close to late night fun. Did laundry, ate at 2 restaurants, took advantage of amazing rooftop. Buffett brunch was 100% worth the price, you can pay for brunch at check-in and just bring QR code receipt to dine. 7eleven (inside hotel) is right near laundry room if u need a cocktail waiting for dryer."

"Overall ok - noticeable wear and tear in the room and around the property. It was marketed as a luxury property on Expedia but did not feel luxurious - Cheap finishes and tacky alarms/ signs warning guest not to steal the polyester loungewear provided. Of the 4 properties we stayed at on our recent trip, this was our least favorite. View from room was spectacular and the room was clean but overall, would not revisit or recommend."
