"Just needed a quiet place to rest for a night after a busy day at a sports event in Tottenham. Bay Tree House was the perfect haven, with lovely views over Arnos Park. The hosts were welcoming and warm, and the breakfast was more than expected - freshly cooked and plenty of items to choose from. We drove, but the house is near a tube station for convenient access into London locations. Would definitely stay here again."

"It really is an Oasis in the East End. I think the RFSK should explain the parking at the RFSK better, it cost £36 to park for just over 24 hours, a bit of a shock. "We were contacted 4-5 weeks before our arrival date to inform us the the apartment was not available.They offered a house instead of an apartment. In a similar area so it was no big issue for us."

"Lovely situation with great transport links and lovely restaurants nearby. Very clean. Good choices for breakfast. Relaxed bar with great jazz one day. Sunday carvery was lovely. Slightly worn in parts. Lift broken for a few days. Pretty garden space. "
