"Really loved our short stay at this place. Very clean, very well laid out and above and beyond with the snacks/drinks left out. Very convenient for Bristol Airport. "Lovely staff who go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Lovely location and very peaceful, food was very decent."

"We were very disappointed. Lack of maintenance meant room was very poor. Room was vvv cold, we were given an extra duvet. Windows didn't shut properly. Bedside lamp didn't work. Shower head not fixed to wall. Room was small but we expected that."
