can not fault the stay .. super clean .. super friendly .. great breakfast pub across the road is spot on .. the only problem was I didn't book a longer stay thanks for the stay highly recommend

Graham was the perfect host. His attention to detail was exceptional. The property looked brand new inside. Amazing facilities, lounge, DVDs, books, coffee machine etc. Great parking and charging for EVs. Good selection for breakfast and delicious home made bread and jams. I’d recommend the Old Manor House and we will be back.

What a lovelyplace to stay! A lovely building safe parking rustic but modern room very clean and comfortable great friendly host and delicious breakfast complete with homemade bread and jams! Definitely would recommend!

The Old Manor House B&B is beautifully kept in every way….we had the red room, which was very comfortable with it super king bed, old stone floor and lovely walk in shower. Graham, the owner, was very attentive from the moment we arrived. Thank you for a lovely stay

Lovely chilled nights stay at the Old Manor House after a hard days work. Perfect location if you want to visit cheddar gorge. Plus a nice convenient pub across the road for an evening meal and a couple of pints. Freshly cooked Breakfast the next morning was lovely. I will certainly stay here again in future as I could fault it in any way!

My two adult daughters and I recently needed to spend one night in this area of Somerset. The Old Manor House is conveniently situated for easy access to all areas around Axbridge, Weston-super-Mare and Burnham on Sea and is reasonably priced. It provided us with a large and very comfortable family room, with plenty of space, the usual coffee/tea facilities, a mini fridge - with fresh milk available from the downstairs lobby - and a lovely en suite shower room. Downstairs, we did not use the sitting room but a seating area provided somewhere to relax and enjoy a coffee/tea/chocolate drink from the coffee machine, whilst the breakfast room was fantastically resourced. A dresser at one end held a toaster, homemade bread and a selection of jams that were also all made on site, cereals already portioned into separate jars, yoghurts, fruit juices in individual small bottles, all clearly displayed for a self-service Continental breakfast, whilst a cooked meal was also available. Something for everyone! The house itself is full of character and tastefully decorated, and mine host, Graham, could not have been more willing and helpful to ensure we had the best possible experience of his establishment. We left feeling we'd had an exceptional experience which we'd be happy to recommend to anyone.

Great BnB, perfectly located for the Mendips, Wells, Cheddar but equally the coast Weston, Bream, Burnham. And Bristol not too far. Loads of parking for each room. Owner is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, rooms were well acquainted and well decorated especially for the age of the building. My main fear was the noise of the road, but considering the heat of the bank holiday even with the windows closed the room wasn’t too warm (wasn’t cool but sleepable). Excellent cooked breakfast and a nice buffet area to help yourself to cold items. Nice also to have access to communal areas/garden too if you want to get out of the room. Two nearby pubs in walking distance. Axbridge has two pubs a short drive away. Would certainly stay again. Top BnB!
