"Convenient location!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful 2 day stay for my son’s wedding! Traveling with a family group—including the bride and groom, the bride's parents, and her sibling—can be tricky to coordinate, but the hotel went above and beyond for us. I had requested ahead of time to have all of our rooms on the same floor, and to my absolute delight, they accommodated us perfectly. It made getting ready and spending time together so much easier. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, thoughtful and...

"Great location and comfortable room."

"Great location for exploring NYC! I stayed for one night, and overall, I was happy with my stay. The room is very small and basic, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Perfect for a short stay if you plan to spend most of your time out exploring the city. Overall, 9/10!"

"Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a courteous and accommodating front desk representative. Having just arrived on an early morning flight, we genuinely appreciated his thoughtful invitation to enjoy something to eat. Unfortunately, that warm welcome was quickly overshadowed by an unpleasant experience in the dining area. Despite an ample amount of food still being available, we were informed, in a noticeably cold and unwelcoming manner, that breakfast service had ended. We fully...

"Room was small as expected for a hotel room in manhattan, but clean. bed springs were loud and you can hear honking from the street. The area is relatively quiet though. You can hear everything from neighbors including door slamming, footsteps, and conversations. Staff were very nice overall. Location was convenient, by the 1 and not far from A/C."

"Convenient to the train station, but not happy about the $75.00 early check in, after getting off the train we needed to just bring our bags in and and to pay, I paid almost $750.00, already for one night!"

"Fantastic hotel. Great location"

"Our favorite hotel in NYC."

"The staff was amazing"

"The staff were amazing! We arrived in the morning and check in wasn’t until 4. They stored our bags, gave us a property key to access bathrooms and change and even offered for us to join them for breakfast that morning. The breakfast was delicious and had great options. Rooms are small but all you do in them is sleep anyways! When we checked out, they stored our bags again while we explored the city for the last day. When we returned, they got our bags and arranged a car to take us to the...

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."
