"Very good, clean room. Comfortable bed. Good tea/coffee and biscuits. Only negative was the long walk to the room with several sets of steps which were difficult to navigate with two bags each. We mentioned this to staff in the morning, who were sympathetic and said it is possible to request a ground floor room."

"From reception to lifts to carpeting on floors to room, every aspect of this hotel was 5/5….all staff were very helpful and welcoming Room had all you needed for a comfortable stay, room was clean tidy and quiet (garden facing) Breakfast time was busy but staff kept customers moving in the queue with timely cleaning and cutlery replacements…food was piping hot and plenty of it - no waiting for replenishments , just an all round great stay [1 night)"

"Our room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. Only had a 1 night stay, tv, tea and coffee making facility in room, lots of storage space. Breakfast self service buffet was good, plenty to choose from. Good place for plane spotting, but our room was back of hotel so the plane noise wasn't a problem, maybe as the planes were coming into Gatwick and not taking off in our direction. All on all, happy with stay. Checking in was quick and easy. Staff all pleasant."
